Student Tech Support
Ms. Carter will be in the Library Alcove on A & B days only 9:30 AM -10:30 AM for students who need Chromebook troubleshooting, password reset and submitting help desk tickets. If students need help outside of drop in hours please use the TLC Help Desk Form (goes directly to Ms. Carter's email). This is the best way for her to keep track of who needs help.

Chromebook Info:
Damaged Chromebooks and lost chargers will have a $25 replacement fee. Lost Chromebooks will have a $200 replacement fee.
To have full access, please make sure to have an AUP form filled out and turned into Ms. Carter.
